Formerly known as Care Ambulance Service and with 50 years of experience, Falck Mobile Health provides emergency coverage for 5 million people in Los Angeles and Orange Counties in California. We work with public agencies as well as facility contracts and handle more than 250,000 calls annually.
As a critical entry point to the healthcare system, we respond to 911 emergency calls in collaboration with area fire departments, stabilizing patients on the scene and continuing care on the way to the hospital. Our more than 1,000 caregivers are committed to providing patients with a safe and comfortable environment, the highest quality clinical care, and the compassion that everyone deserves during a medical emergency.
Falck proudly serves Southern California communities as an entry point for careers in healthcare and public safety. Many of our EMTs go on to advance their careers via nursing school, paramedic school, medical school, and fire academies.

In addition to responding to medical emergencies, we believe in injury prevention and community education. For example, we participate in school safety awareness programs, when the children can climb into the ambulances in a safe, non-threatening environment, and learn what to do in an emergency.
We also use in-person presentations, community forums, social media, and even the sides of our ambulances to offer education about injury prevention, home safety, and staying healthy.
It means a lot to us when we get the chance to hear from a patient we've helped. We hope that you felt safe, comfortable, and well-cared for during the brief time we spent together. Let us know about your experience!
